WHAT IS THE AERIAL YOGA FITNESS CHALLENGE?

A guided 6 week program focused on building a strong core, developing lean muscles, heart thumping cardio, and crazy fun aerial yoga poses. This full body workout challenge is designed to provide you with the body knowledge and application of a sustainable healthy lifestyle while improving your overall health and wellness. The Sky Barre community is here to support you over this 6 week journey, so get excited about setting personalized goals, building connections/friends, and discovering your potential through this fitness & wellness transformation. We are located in the Grant Park/East Atlanta/ Glenwood Park area of Atlanta.

If I am out of shape can I still do the program?

Absolutely! We specialize in working with beginners and have plenty of modifications. We will adapt any of the moves to your fitness levels.

How long are the classes?

We offer a variety of classes ranging from 30 minutes to one hour.
